New work

Had a go at a colour version of ‘Cromer Heights’.

A commission of a ( I think ) decommissioned Dutch power station P1010991

'Norfolk Dusk II'

A new reworking of this title, this time on copper and done with sugar lift aquatint.
A two colour version seems to work quite well.

Also tried colour on ‘Pier Beneath’:

Pier Beneath further work

A further couple of aquatint applications were needed and some burnishing will be required before some colour.

'Cromer Heights'

A just completed etching & aquatint inspired by manmade cliff defences of contrasting materials - brick and local flint stones - and an attractive building perched on top. Not too far from the grandly impressive hotel de Paris (which Stephen Fry worked in when very young).
Plate size - 35x20 cm
